ABPL is endowed with a sturdy infrastructure set-up which sprawls across a large area in Malegaon works, Dist.-Nasik, Maharashtra. It has a well equipped manufacturing facility outfitted with hi-tech machinery and equipment. These assist in carrying out various processes like Bending, Swaging, Drilling, Fit Up, Welding, Radiography, Stress Relieving, Hydro Test, etc. in a smooth manner. It allows ABPL to produce boiler and boiler components with perfection.
In order to ensure swift production operations, ABPL has segmented it's manufacturing unit into different departments. All the departments are headed by skilled and expert personnel who possess years of experience in their domain.
In India, the first indigenous CNC Booster Bending Machine was developed & installed at ABPL's Plant in 2006.
ABPL has in-house automatic membrane panel welding machine having four number of SAW process welding torches with Sweden make ESAB power sources for concave shape, smooth & excellent welding quality. The Fins are caliberated to accurate size & straightened in specialized Fin Caliberation Machine.
